Training
Every year we formally train interns in all aspects of church ministry. In fact, at one time, our own Pastor Steve Treash was an intern here at Black Rock! In all, four members of our current pastoral staff have come through the internship program, and we have trained ten other interns in the last two years. Our internship program offers hands-on experience in a supportive environment, preparing participants to provide excellence in ministry to those they serve, both now and in the years to come.
